Instructions
Apple Filling
- Start by washing, pealing and cutting the apples into small cube sized shapes.
- Place them in a bowl, add the juice of 1 lemon, sugar and the cinnamon powder and mix very well.
- Melt one spoon of butter in a casserole then add the apple mixture on top. Mix well until the apples have softened.
- Once that is done remove from the heat place in your oven-safe individual ramequins.
Crumble
- Add all the ingredients together and mix well either with a food processor or by hand, you should have a sand consistency and not a dough. Make sure you do not over-mix.
- Once that is done, sprinkle with your hands over the apple mixture on the ramequins.
Baking
- Bake for about 20 min on a 180 Degree pre-heated oven. Enjoy the smell in your kitchen while it is being baked and once it is ready to be served. Can we served either hot with a vanilla ice cream scoop or wait for it to cool down if you can 😉 Bon Appétit !
