Italian Tiramisu
One of my all-time favourite Italian desserts. I love how light, airy and fluffy it is using Italian Mascarpone cheese and Amaretto liquor, Lady Fingers, Nespresso Coffee and a dash of Valrhona 100% Cocoa…

Instructions
- Separate the egg white from yolks.
- Beat the egg yolks with 80 g of sugar until light and creamy
- incorporate the mascarpone now little by little.
- Beat the egg whites until you obtain a meringue with the remaining sugar.
- In a deep plate mix the marsala with coffee and start dipping your biscuits.
- Then the fun part begins: Start placing the soaked biscuits in your shots or cups and cover them with the cream mascarpone you just did. Repeat the procedure once again and then finish with a final layer of cream. Keep in the fridge.
- Sift some cocoa powder on top of each cup just before serving.
