Crêpes Fait Maison
A very easy french crêpe recipe that I so much enjoy doing with my daughter at home. You can add very healthy toppings like fruits and even use the same batter and fill it with cheese.

Instructions
- Melt the Butter
- Mix the eggs with Milk either by hand or in a food processor
- Add the dry ingredients gradually to avoid having clumps. Mix until you have a smooth batter.
- Let the dough rest for 15 - 30 min in the fridge
- Bake in very thin batches in hot skillets or a Crêpes machine. Bon Appétit
