Brownies Façon Cyril Lignac
A brownies like no other, These are actually to die for. Created by one of the most popular and inspiring French chefs in our modern history : Cyril Lignac. My daughter and I love all his creations and we actually follow him everywhere, on social media, on tv where we watch “Le Meilleur Patissier” and “Mon Gateau est le Plus Beau” on M6. Brownies
- 2 eggs
- 120 g Butter
- 100 g Dark Chocolate
- 60 g Milk Chocolate
- 150 g sugar you can reduce to 120
- 50 g Flour
- 40 g Dark Chocolate separately different from the ones up
- 1 Pinch Fleur de Sel

- 80 g sugar
- 20 g Water
- 125 g Walnuts / Pecans

Caramelized Pecans / Walnuts
- Start with the Caramelized Pecans / walnuts. Melt the sugar with the water until you have a nice caramel color, should be a bit brownish but never dark brown. Once done you pour the walnuts / pecans inside the casserole and you stir quickly to cover all the nuts with the caramel. You now pour the whole thing unto a baking sheet to cool.
Brownies Mix
- Melt the first dark chocolate with the milk chocolate and the butter.
- Melt the 40 g chocolate separately and leave aside.
- Whisk the 2 eggs with the sugar gradually.
- Now add the melted chocolate unto the eggs mixture and then the flour. Finally add the 40g melted chocolate
- Bake for 25-30 min on a 180 degrees pre-heated oven. Bon Appétit.
